ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours following the delivery of your tickets i.e. wrong date/show.

If a show/event is cancelled, the tickets MUST be returned to our office no later than 14 days after the cancelled event date. Refunds will not be issued thereafter. It will be YOUR responsibility to return the tickets in a secure manner to our office.

If a show/event is postponed you will be expected to keep the tickets for the new re-scheduled date.

Tickets Etc. Inc. is not responsible in anyway for the following conditions:

Length of event, events starting earlier/later than scheduled, band members/artists/team members not appearing as scheduled due to illness, injury, suspension, trade or any other conditions beyond our control.

Tickets Etc. Inc. is a private agency, not affiliated with ticket master, any artist, performer, sports team, box office or venue.
