ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. WE DON’T CHARGE BOX OFFICE PRICES. THE PRICE YOU PAY MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER FROM THE PRINTED PRICE ON THE TICKET.
Terms and Conditions:
Tickets Etc. Inc. acts as an agent between buyers and ticket sellers to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets and as such, is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers.
The following are the Terms and Conditions that govern use of the Ticketsetcinc.com Web site (“Site”) by you, the user of the Site ("User"). By using or visiting the Site, User expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to follow these Terms and Conditions including all of applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Ticketsetcinc.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If User violates these Terms and Conditions and use, Ticketsetcinc.com may terminate User's access to the Site, bar User from future use of the Site, cancel User's ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against User. Orders placed on Tickets Etc. Inc. will be fulfilled mainly by Tickets Etc. Inc. or in some cases, by one of our approved network of participating brokers.
If you lose any information related to the purchase, User may contact info@Ticketsetcinc.com to get information about the order. All sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, User will need to contact Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker for a refund. The tickets MUST be returned to our office no later than 14 days after the cancelled event date. Refunds will not be issued thereafter. It will be YOUR responsibility to return the tickets in a secure manner to our office.
The Fulfilling Broker may require the User to return the supplied tickets at the User's expense before receiving any refund the User may be entitled to due to cancellation. Tickets Etc. Inc. is not responsible for providing or securing this refund for the User. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When the User receives tickets, the User should keep them in a safe place. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours following the delivery of your tickets i.e. wrong date/show/quantity to Tickets Etc. Inc., email@example.com.
Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets. Occasionally tickets ordered may no longer be available at the price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the order is received. If equal or better seat locations are available at the same price, the User will be automatically upgraded by Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker reserves the right, at its sole discretion to fill the order with the alternative seat locations. If the User is automatically upgraded, the User's credit card will be charged at the time the order is received and the User will be contacted for notification of the new seat locations. In order to protect our users from fraud, a user may be required to provide additional proof of identify on any order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to a signed credit card authorization and/or photocopies of notarized public documents such as a state driver's license or federal passport. All orders are shipped to the User's billing address of User's credit card. Most orders are processed the same business day in which they are received. Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.
For certain events, tickets may not be available for immediate shipment see notes section on the Site. Tickets will be shipped when available. All shipments will require a signature at the point of delivery. Shipping cost may be adjusted by Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker after the order is placed. If the Users billing/shipping address that does not allow for Delivery Verification, such as a Post Office Box, User may be required to pay an additional fee to cover the additional risks associated with this type of order. If such a billing/shipping address is used, Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker will, at their discretion, either contact you about the additional fee prior to shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing Tickets sold through our site are from occasionally secondary ticket market brokers and are being resold in many cases above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket.
Tickets Etc. Inc. is a private agency and its approved brokers are not directly affiliated, with ticket master, any performer, sports team, or venue and we do not act as the primary sale box office. Tickets Etc. Inc. is not responsible in any way for the following conditions: Length of event, events starting earlier/later than scheduled, band members/artists/team members not appearing as scheduled due to illness, injury, suspension, trade or any other conditions beyond our control. Tickets Etc. Inc. cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker does NOT charge your credit card until after the ticket has been secured. Despite Tickets Etc. Inc. best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker discovers an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, Tickets Etc. Inc. or the Fulfilling Broker will, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices stated on the Site do not include any state or other local taxes that may apply to User's order. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) on the Site unless otherwise specifically stated. Your Credit Card Statement amount may differ as a result of the exchange rate they use to process the transactions.
If your tickets are being delivered via E-Mail, you will receive in your inbox a document containing the actual tickets for the event. We monitor all outbound e-mails to ensure they are received by your, therefore, the acceptance of electronically delivered tickets specifically means you cannot dispute the charges to your credit card for delivery related matters.
All tickets shipped will be done so via an express delivery service (i.e., Federal Express, Express Mail, messenger, etc.) and will require an adult signature. We use express delivery services requiring signature to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and that their location can be tracked at any time. It is your responsibility to track your package and to be available to accept the package. You agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package. If you provide a delivery location other than your credit card billing location, you hereby specifically agree to be responsible for that delivery and the tickets once delivered to the address you specify. You agree not to dispute such charges. Your expected ticket arrival date is based on the actual date we ship the order.
As example; if you choose “One Day Shipping” you will get your tickets one business day after the seller ships the tickets and not necessarily one business day after you place your order.
If for any reason your tickets are returned to us, we will try to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or if you refuse delivery of your tickets, the tickets may be listed for sale on consignment withTickets Etc. Inc. Tickets Etc. Inc. will act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets; however, you cannot list them above the price you paid for them initially. If they do not sell at that amount, Tickets Etc. Inc. will price the tickets appropriately in an attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. This may be substantially less than what you paid. If the tickets are not sold by the event date, Tickets Etc. Inc. will allow you to pick up or have the expired tickets delivered at your expense. You also have the right at any time prior to your event date to request that your tickets be sent back to you. Simply request your tickets to be shipped in a manner that will get them to you in time for your event. Please take into account any potential delays, such as adverse weather conditions, as Tickets Etc. Inc. is not responsible, under any circumstances for the timely redelivery of your consignment tickets.
