TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
The purchase
prices are subject to a service charge that reflects the difficulty
in obtaining seats for our clients, which varies according to the
event and location. Please examine all tickets carefully as……
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO CANCELLATIONS,
REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.
LOST, STOLEN,
OR DAMAGED TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
If a show/event
is cancelled, the tickets MUST be returned to our office
prior to the date set by the corresponding box office for returns
which is usually one month after the announced cancellation. At
that time a refund with be forthcoming. It will be YOUR responsibility
to contact our office for the refund, which will be subject to a
re-stocking fee. If a show/event is postponed you will be expected
to keep the tickets for the new re-scheduled date.
Tickets
Etc. Inc. is not responsible in anyway for the following conditions:
Length of
event, events starting earlier/later than scheduled, band members/artists/team
members not appearing as scheduled due to illness, injury, suspension,
trade or any other conditions beyond our control.
Tickets
Etc. Inc. is a private agency, not affiliated with ticket master,
any artist, performer, sports team, box office or venue.
